The Water Saver Ambassador Scheme 2023/24 – Water Saver Chef Challenge is a joint initiative by the Water Supplies Department, the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Jockey Club Media 21 Media Space, and the Business-School Partnership Programme.

The program aims to promote water conservation awareness through engaging cooking activities. As part of the program, our students participated in the “Water Conservation Recipe Design Competition.” This activity allowed them to learn and apply water-saving techniques in their culinary creations. The cooking competition further encouraged students to examine their daily water usage habits and explore practical ways to reduce water consumption. Our student, Ho Wei-Ci Vinci from 4 Matthew won the championship of the competition. Congratulation to our student.
