The following organizations / groups are endorsed by Immaculate Heart of Mary College and have working relationships (remark):
- Immaculate Heart of Mary Alumni Association Limited; and
- Immaculate Heart of Mary College Parent-teacher Association
Any other organizations / groups using the name ” Immaculate Heart of Mary College” and/or all their activities, actions and declarations are not authorized by the school and have no relationship with the school.
Remark: Unless otherwise provided or authorized by the school, “endorsed and have working relationships” is confined to the following description: Based on Education Ordinance Cap. 279, Section 40 AO for Nomination of Parent Manager and Section 40 AP for Nomination of Alumni Manager, and the constitution of the Incorporated Management Committee of Immaculate Heart of Mary College, the elected ALUMNI/PARENT of the two above-mentioned organizations are the Alumni/Parent Managers of the Incorporated Management Committee of Immaculate Heart of Mary College.
