Mental Health Awareness Week was successfully held from 29 February to 12 March, 2024. The event featured a wide range of activities including such sports as flying darts, cup stacking and rower challenges. Additionally, in the aspect of creativity, we provided different workshops that promoted relaxation and well-being, such as the Fluid Bear Keychain Workshop, Pastel Nagomi Workshop, Zentangle Workshop, etc. Students were able to learn how to cope with various emotions and effectively alleviate stress, fostering a positive mental state and a healthy life style.
